Brooke Crowder—Brooke is the Founder and CEO of The Refuge for DMST™ a nonprofit organization founded in 2013 to support the work of The Refuge Ranch, a residential, healing-centered community outside of Austin, Texas, developed to holistically address the complex needs of sexually exploited girls. Maya McReynolds, Treasurer—Maya resides in Austin Texas with her husband, Morgan and their four children. She has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting driving financial strategy and operations, managing large corporate transactions and business transformation while leading teams of 1000+. She has lived in Austin since 1998 working for Dell Technologies and currently serves as the CFO of the Client Products Group of Dell Technologies. Read more.
